Dallas, Josh, & Gavin installed new windows throughout the house and a new front door and sliding glass back door, all of which look stunning! I was blown away by how quickly these guys were able to get all the windows installed, even while helping me contain my two large dogs. They did everything to ensure the best and most professional install before the rain. They even worked in the rain to put on all the finishing touches. I would highly recommend Windows Plus, if you need windows replaced in your home. Dallas was the installer they sent to replace the 7 windows in my sunroom today. We chose Windows Plus for their products and because they use their own installers. They don't contract it out. We had 2 windows removed and a large 3 panel sliding glass door installed in their place. The installers, Gavin and Josh, installed a header beam for the door, moved and rewired some electrical, and replaced some interior drywall and exterior siding. The entire job took one day as they took their time to do everything correctly. They made sure to protect our newly installed deck. They were very courteous and professional and answered all of our questions. We needed a new back door replaced because the old one rotted out. We thought about doing this ourselves to save money but we were having trouble finding a quality door and didn’t know what we would run into as it’s an old house. From the moment we called to schedule an appointment the whole process ran smoothly. The sales person, Manuel, who answered every question, showed us every option, and worked with us on our budget, was extremely friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. He was not pushy and was a pleasure to have in our house. The installers, Dallas and Josh, were efficient, quick, and put everything together seamlessly. They were both very friendly and respectable of our house and time. Everything looked amazing when they were finished and I couldn’t be happier with the workmanship. I had a small issue, that was no fault of the company within a week of install, and they sent Aiden out the next day. He, like the previous people with this company, was amazing, friendly, and knowledgeable. The whole process, from the time I called to set up an appointment to the install and return call, was so pleasant and was scheduled when I was available. I really can’t say enough positive things about the experience. Even the customer service rep was friendly and personable, unfortunately I cannot remember her name. She never made me feel like I was a bother and answered any questions I had. This company should be a model on how all companies are ran.
